With an individual lease, each resident is responsible for their rent, not the rent of their roommates. Should your roommate move out before the lease ends or they do not pay their rent, you will not have not any financial obligations.

You can still become a Seminole Landing resident without a guarantor by applying through Leap. Leap is a simple process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer.
